Payment for ads or any other services on our platform is final and non-refundable. Please consider this before making a purchase or using our services.

3. Payment for premium ad services must be made in advance of the ad being published. Once payment is received, the ad will be published as soon as possible.
4. In the event that payment is not received for a premium ad service, the ad will not be published until payment is received.
