Amity Software Limited is seeking experienced Business Analysts for the development of a Core Banking System for a bank overseas. The successful candidates will play a key role in gathering business requirements, preparing Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and collaborating closely with both the bank’s users and our technical team throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include conducting process studies, documenting user flows, and ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and transformed into technical specifications. The Business Analysts will be involved in the software development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go Live phases, ensuring that the final system meets user requirements and expectations. Additionally, the role requires preparing pre-sales material, managing client interactions, and supporting post-implementation change requests.
Requirements: Candidates should have a graduate degree in a relevant field (Graduate/ MCA/ B.Tech/ MBA), with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in banking software development. A strong understanding of core banking operations, including retail banking, lending, trade finance, foreign exchange, and general ledger functions, is essential. The position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work closely with international clients, a passport, and a willingness to travel overseas for project-related activities.
